What's included?
In return for your membership fee you will receive free assistance with:
HMRC Full Tax Enquiries (Section 9A)
HMRC Aspect Enquiries
VAT Enquiries
PAYE Enquiries
(including Status Enquiries and IR35)National Insurance Enquiries
Any other enquiries arising as a result of your Income Tax, VAT or PAYE returns will be considered on a per enquiry basis. If you receive an enquiry not listed above that you feel should be included in this service, please inform us as soon as posssible so that a decision can be made.
All members will receive a membership certificate, valid for 12 months.
What's NOT Included?
This service does not cover any tax or national insurance liabilities arising as a result of an enquiry, but provides free assistance in dealing with the enquiry itself.
If you receive an enquiry before becoming a member, or if your are picked for an enquiry having allowed your membership to expire, assistance with this enquiry will be charged at our standard hourly rate of £60/hour.
