Company Formation

Despite the 2006/07 budget shake-up by Mr Gordon Brown, operating as a limited company remains the most tax efficient way to earn money.

For this reason we continuously monitor the affairs of our clients and will advise if we feel that they would benefit from the tax savings that a limited company can bring.

The formation procedure is relatively simple and hassle free (at least for the client!). Just choose a name and, providing it's available we can set about registering the company with Companies House and H M Revenue and Customs, including VAT registration if required. We will also file all relevant documents to ensure that the company directors and secretary are correctly recorded.

Business Start-up

As well as registering a company with the relevant authorities, there is a lot of administration to deal with before the company can trade, including opening a bank account, registering a PAYE scheme for the directors and employees salaries, registering for a CIS certificate and a CIS scheme (for construction companies).

We will handle all of this for you. We will take a few details from you and will let you know all the relevant information when it's all sorted.
